Evening.

Went to charge some equipment off the rear cig plug in my Octavia estate and it's dead. No power at all in it (was when I bought the car!)

Taken every fuse out but all still intact and the front cigarette plug is still working fine.

Any ideas? Rip out the old one see if it's secondary fused? Or just rewire a new one from the aux battery anyway.

Do you have the rear windows disabled using the switch on the drivers door, IIRC if you have the rear windows disabled then the rear socket is also disabled. Might be worth checking that switch and that the rear windows work whilst sitting in the back of the car.
