Whine when charging the MP3 Player

Featured Replies

Hi All, I have a Sansa MP3 player that I use to listen to audio books on when in and out of my car. The battery lasts a few weeks but every now and then I have to charge it. When I charge it and listen to it at the same time, the noise is awful. Like the car is unsupressed almost, it reminds me of back in the old Fiesta popular plus days!

Anyway, I assumed it was just one of those things until that is last night in the racing fiesta courtesy car I have, I decided to charge the player and it was silent. No noise at all. So now I know my Octavia has an issue.

Any ideas to resolve this guys?

How are you charging it?

How are you charging it?

Through the 12V/ciggy lighter port

Did you use the same in the Fiesta, or did you use a built in USB plug?

exactly the same everything, same charger, same cables, same MP3 player. I didnt even think of using the USB port in the fiesta actually.
