Are there any noticeable physical differeces between the vRS and the standard seats (or at least the one fitted in the Comfort versions)?  I haven't seen them 'live' so I can't tell so far only from comparing pictures. 

Yes, pretty much everything is different.

Either side of the head rest, the boulsters and the base.

Ok, thanks, that makes sense. I placed that question because I found a set of worn vRS seats (front and rear) for about 80 quid but they do need to be restored, cleaned etc. The front left one has more damage on the left side, but other than that, nothing major. 

 

L.E.: vRS seats do or do not have adjustable height ? The seller claims those are not adjustable.

Mine are adjustable height....

They are highly adjustable but no lumbar support.

All the fabia vrs seats I've come across have only had height adjustment on the drivers side.
