here we go again car has had new egr 2 new 02 sensors new map sensor new fuel filter new servo vaccum pipe new plugs new air filter but problem on going any hepl please checked all air pipes and changed

However, dealing with common faults myself currently... Have you checked compression. And timing?

plenty compression and timing spot on car drives well but wont idle smoothly

Have you tried spraying something like brake cleaner / easy start around the engine bay?

That will check for splits in vacuume pipes, cracked manifold or something from the inlet a miss.

Also, have you removed the throttle body and cleaned it?

They look ok from above but are thick with dirt underneath.

tried everything changed pipes cleaned throttle body had bottom 02 sensor unplugged for 3 days ran find had eml like on as it was unplugged fitted new 02 sensor and problem came back saying bank 1 senor but also brand new bosch one 

Hmm...

I'd start from scratch. Make sure everything's plugged in normally, put it on the diagnostics and clear all fault codes, reset all learnt values and drive for a few days. See if any fault codes show up after that.

The 1.2, 3 cylinder engine is known for being a bit shaky on idle anyway.

done everthing had it on computer yesterday had everything re set then  eml light came back on this morning  same code when bottom 02 was unplugged idled fine for 3 days but drank petrol idle was at 900 but now rev counter goes up then drops then sits at 950

What fault code?

p0171 too lean bank 1 sensor1 both sensors brand new 

Is the cat not blocked then?

Apart from what I've suggested I'm not sure!

cat only 14 month old put cataclean thru it car drives normal until idling if it wasnt for rml light coming on wouldnt bother me but trying to sell the thing 

I'm sure someone that's had your fault will come along soon and offer better advice

I'd say to check the intake and exhaust manifolds for leaks. If you rev the engine to 2000-2500rpm, when you lift the foot off the pedal, does it feel like it wants to die ?

sometimes revs go up on there own then drop back down  settles at 900 then drops and runs rough like engine missing
