VCDS Questions - Fabia VRS MK1

Featured Replies

All questions are asked in regards to my MK1 Fabia VRS (SG05).

First of all - automatic door locking when setting off, my car currently doesn't automatically lock the doors upon setting off, do you know if it's possible to enable this within VCDS.

Second question - Do you know if there is an option that can enable the windows to be opened/closed by holding down on the unlock/log keys on a 3 button remote key?

Also, if either of these things are possible, is there anyone within a reasonable distance (to Rotherham/Sheffield) that would be able to activate them for me?

Many Thanks

Mike

My locks used to lock once up to about 5mph and I hated it, so got someone to stop this via vcds. So yes, it is possible.

As far as I'm aware there isn't the ability to open and close your windows via the fob. I had this on my Audi and did like that function.

Not sure where you are as I'm on my mobile, but do have VCDS.

I'm in Yorkshire at the moment but in a couple of weeks might be in birmingham for an afternoon/evening (depending how things go) which I dont think is a far shout from where you are
