Newbie (for the second time)

Featured Replies

Well after selling my Octavia vRS Mk2 PD170 a few years ago for a car more suitable for my work - I shall now be back in the Skoda fold on Monday.

Collecting a used Yeti from Simpsons Skoda in Colne.

My wife and daughter think Im mad as they hate the look of the Yeti but as I tell them beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Maybe I like quirky looking cars. I sold the vRS to get a Citroen C-Crosser (Same as the Mitsubishi Outlander) and then sold that and bought a Fiat Doblo van. When the wife passed her test last year we bought her a Seat Altea 1.6CR105 DSG - all quite quirky looking.

After driving the Seat I have fallen in love with the DSG box but decided on keeping to manual for my car. Also like the Bi-Xenons that the seat has with the AFS (bending lights) hence why have gone for the Elegance spec in the Yeti.

The Yeti Ive bought is a low mileage (25k) 61 plate 140 4WD Elegance in black- with a couple of options - namely columbus & park assist.

Wished I hadn't sold my genuine VCDS lead when I sold the Octavia now.... looks like I may need to buy a new one....
