If you mean you get the noise when you have your foot on the pedal, I'd vote for the thrust bearing.

Does anyone know where i can just buy the thrust bearing from? The clutch is fine. Thanks!

With the work involved, it would make sense to change the whole clutch.

Can you recommend a clutch kit? It will also be remapped once the noise has gone.
