Seat to introduce FR-line Toledo:

With 17's, subtle FR-line badging, sports interior, but no power increase, just standard engine choices...boo.

looks like it has a satnav upgrade as well.

Shame they've limited it to an FR 'line' and not done an FR version with a more powerful 1.4 TSi or similar. Nice to see however they have the Leon's new sat nav 'high' unit in place as well as the alcantara sports seats from the iTech - these make a big difference to the cabin ambience imo. Unique alloys would have been nice too, as, bumpers aside, there very little extinguishing it from the outside. Then again, will this version even come to the UK and will it be equipped like that?

If it has the old engines, it looks like a showroom special to clear the old stuff out.  Rapid is due new engines soon so I guess the Toledo is as well.

EU emissions changes mean this must happen by September?

I'd like to see the new 150 TSi COD in one of the new ones - with the weight of the Rapid/Toledo, performance/economy could be very good.

The SEAT will get the new engines at the same time as the Rapid, and the Rapid will get the new infotainment stuff this year too.

Like the interior on this but pity they didn't do anything to the exterior.

Looks like the Rapids boring uncle. Seats are nice not to dissimilar from the Cupra looks like a mix of suede and leather. But what's the point if the exterior looks the same? Least put some bloomin' decent alloys on it and may a spoiler. Pft.
