Thought would give my local skoda dealership some praise Westover Skoda...

My car just hit 40000 so DSG oil change and filter required... I also added few things I wanted done for peace of mind so added fuel filter air filter and pollen filter to the job.. great customer service took bit longer than was told but not problem as wife was shopping but £220 all in thought was a great price..

Will use again highly recommend

Was that engine oil and filter too?

No didn't change that as only change 7000 miles ago and I only do that a year at best of best

Wow, Westover must have bucked up their ideas, as while their parts guy, Spencer was on the money, the rest of the dealership was terrible!  I have heard that Meadens were much more customer focused.....

Yeah i cant fault them to be fair had a call today to make sure i was happy with everything massively bucked up there ideas... i use to work for Westover few moons ago and they were always terrible
