Where does this attach noticed it the other day coming off the airbox (not oiginal airbox as fitted by previous owner)

it looks like the hose that goes from the airbox to the engine breather on the oil filler housing. on the 1.6 petrol

I was wondering who 'lol' was.

Any one have ideas still not found where it goes could some post a standard air box to see if this is meant to be there as its not original

The SAI breather is ribbed and comes round from infront of the intake manifold and goes in near where TIP comes out of airbox.

Is your SAI pipe on there? So this hose comes out of your airbox and is dangling free? And it's not the original airbox? Any idea what it's from? A lot of cars across this range have a box that size...

I would say it's some kind of breather pipe for whatever car it came from. Don't remember my Seat v5 having one and there's not one on mine. Where in the box does it come out from? I assume car runs ok? Be tempted to take it off and blank it if it don't go anywhere.
