Hi all what the best option as I do near on 600 mile a week and I want to keep the egr etc what turbos are a straight swap

+1 - I got my BLT-specific Garrett Hybrid from Xman750 and it's been fine. You might need to wait for his supplier to make you up a BLT manifold unit but it's pretty cheap and mine has been fine for about 20,000 miles. So far, so good.
