Hi All

 

Today I purchased a 61 plate VRS Estate which had the Amundsen + head unti installed.

 

My iphone 4s seemed to pair up with the unit no problem whatsoever so off I trotted on my 230 mile trip home.

 

Half way up the road I attempted to call home, connected fine, heard my Wife fine but she couldn't hear a thing I was saying. I tried calling several times, to her mobile and our landline but to no avail.

 

Further home I shuffled my way through the controls and found the voice command function for the bluetooth phone, I tried using this function but it didn't seem to hear a thing I was saying.

 

I see no obvious setting that needs changed but has anyone had similar issues ?

 

I'm hoping their is not an issue with the unit as I don't fancy a 460 mile round trip for a tech to look at it.

 

Can someone please tell me where the microphone is located too ?.

 

I've emailed the Skoda Dealership I made the purchase from about the issue buit would appreciate any advice from the members of the forum too.
