Picked up my Scout DSG today with a factory fit tow bar.

 

I had expected there to be a panel in the bumper covering the hole whenever the tow bar was not in use to prevent it getting filled with rubbish.

 

The dealer did not think so, but I would be grateful if anyone can confirm if there should be a panel that is fitted into the bumper

 

No panel. There is a plastic insert that covers the tow bar hole.
