I am going to change the cambelt/waterpump and thermostat on my 2,0 fsi and just want to check if there are som tricks when filling it up to avoid air in the system?

It's self bleeding.

Fill it up to spec, run engine up to temp, switch off.

When cold recheck level and add more if required.
