re wire standard disc changer??

Featured Replies

has anyone had any success with getting the standard 6 disc boot changer to work with a blupunct single cd/mp3 changer?

the connecter plug is the same but it wont work. I have the wiring diagram for the blaupunct head unit connectors, but nothing for the boot changer?

is it possible?

has anyone done it?

be nice if it could be done..hate having to insert new cd's after using the boot changer...BUT it sounds better!

There's a pin diagram here:

http://www.briskoda.net/forums/showthread.php?t=286

Which should show what each pin in the CD connector on the back of the Gamma (and hence probably the Symphony) does...

Whether rewiring it will work - it'll be an interesting experiment. :)
