Camber, ride height and fk high sport coilovers

Folks,

Got myself a fabia with the following suspension mods...FK high sport coilovers,

V Maxx adjustable drop links,

Powerflex bushes in the wishbones,

Eibach rear camber shims.

Now it's quite low but too bouncy for me, will raising it reduce bouncing?? I have had ap coilovers in the past although I had the car sitting higher it definitely felt better.

Also I believe you can't really adjust the camber on fabia so when you raise the ride height does it reduce negative camber? Rather have more straight line grip tbh thus closer to 0,not sure what they run standard I presume - 1.3 or something?
