Just checking local scrappy has hub on a fabia only difference he said is Allen key for drive shaft on the one in breakers mine has nut for drive shaft are they compatible both same 1.9tdi etc

Check the splines are the same. Bhp can make a difference so the pd100 tdi is different to the pd130 tdi.

Got 2 red letters on ours so kno it's not as popular

The vRS hub is the only one which is different to my knowledge.  All the other hubs are designed for the FS-III 256mm front disc brakes that I believe all the other mark 1 fabias have.   Not sure if maybe a car without ABS has a different hub, but I think ALL fabias DO have ABS?

So may chance the one tomorrow

I passed Derby today, I could have brougbt you a whole mint cond hub assembley with brakes and drive shaft !

Had a good look on euro car parts and compared to a 1.4 petrol and has same drive shaft outer joint same bearing and also same brake caliper and same disk so looks like I have a interchangeable part hopefully
