Bye bye Octavia Briskies

Featured Replies

Well the time has come to put up a farewell post as I'm driving back to the UK tomorrow to PX my VRS. I would like to thank you all for all the help, hints and tips aswell as plenty of laughs and giggles over the last 15 months.

I am not leaving Briskoda though just moving down a section back to the Superb owners. Once again thank you one and all and happy motoring.

Have you gone for the new Superb (are they available yet??) or are you taking a deal on one of the current stock?

I have a absolutely gorgeous mk2 170 elegance estate, black magic paint with heated screen, heated nozzles, heated rear seats power boot, pano roof, spare wheel and kit a warranty extension and some other bits and bobs 21k all in, good old forces discount it's a shade over 31k on the car builder on the Skoda site so cannot complain really. Unfortunately the Mk3 arrives to late in the day for me to get one as me and the family are back in the UK in the summer so as usual my timing is rubbish I can see the mk 3 Superb being a very popular car with the Forces over in Germany I might be a little bit envious. But SWMBO loves the new car and the kids love it so that will do for me.
