I wanted to change the knob of my fabia II and suddenly i realised , as i was chaning the gears , i cand push down to go in reverse .. What can i do ? Please help :(

Did you do anything to it (did you try to take it off for example?) before it stopped finding reverse?

i took off the old knob and the plastic you fix the knob on , it was left only the metal ... i put on my new knob and suddenly cant push the stick down :(
