Hey guys/girls.

New to this forum as you can see. I dont own a skoda (yet) tho just test drove a fabia vrs today and err.. wow.

Im a recently converted skoda fan after being in a friends octv vrs, woah that took me by surprise. And you just gotta love the green break shoes :)

Potentially in the market for a fabia vrs, tho insurance permitting we'll see how it goes. Sucks to be not yet 19.

cheers,

Welcome

Welcome to Briskoda. :D

Hi Jimb0 and welcome :)

You might like to take a look at this thread especially as the insurance will no doubt be costly:

This thread is in The Roadside Hotel, which is a general discussion forum not dedicated to cars, so The Motorway would probably be more appropriate if you want to ask questions about comparing vehicles, whilst the individual car forums might be better if seeking info on a specific car.

Since all Skodas are great value for money, it'll be a tough decision!

Hope this helps and best of luck

cheers guys thanks for the warm and helpfull welcome.

Welcome to Briskoda!

There are plenty of us young 'uns on here... I'm only 20, and think Walkie is our youngest vRS owner at just 19! (Correct me if I'm wrong! )

Good luck with finding a good insurance company that won't charge you the earth! Would be such a shame to miss out on such a cracking little car!

well i got an insurance quote this morning..

For me (18) with 1 years ncb, and having done pass pluss, living in an area of little to no crime, fully comp on a furby vrs with my mum as a named driver. The cheapest anywhere i could find..

Get ya self something cheaper and bide your time.

The Fabia 1.2 Sport is a cracking choice IMHO, nice engine, sporty(ish) looks better seats than the vRS and cheap as chips. Set of Eibachs and 17's and your cruising.

welcome :)
