Poor Citigo

Featured Replies

My mum's friend has one of these and due to driving short distances, the battery went flat.

Went round to give it a jump start and then we went for a longish drive to charge the battery.

While on the drive, we stopped at a Zebra Crossing to let the pedestrian cross only to be rear ended by a renault megane.

All the rear bumper is caved in and split, megane had no damage from what i could see

Luckily we are ok although we both have neck pain now

I'm glad you're ok.

I'm thinking (hoping) that Citigo is safe car, compared other same size car. it doesn't matter if it get damage, but how it handle the hits.

Could you clarify how short the short distances were, and how frequently it was used? I'm cycling to work a lot more now and might end up having concerns about the battery life.
