I've stumbled across this steeringwheel and like it a lot, but I dunno if it fits my O2 FL!?? 

 

Does anyone here know? Does my current airbag fit or do I have to buy a new?

But yes, anything is possible although your airbag almost certainly WON'T fit and you'll need the Audi airbag. And probably the steering wheel module as well.

I have changed Simbo's normal 4 spoke MFSW to a 3 spoke MFSW with paddles. His car is a Superb mark 2, and the steering wheel fitted came off a Seat Exeo donor car.

And the airbags were a straight swap Mike?

Audi wheel and airbag are different

 

also even if you fit a mfsw, then the functions wouldn't work
