I've used Stuart Ingram in Llani for a few years and have always found him excellent.

Behind the Rugby Club in Smithfield St.

And a lot of people in Llani recommend Minerva Garage by the mini-roundabout.

Probably a bit far, but it's up to you. Micthell Skoda in Chester/Elesmere Port. - Really good dealer. OR Overton Service Station in Telford, Shropshire - Another really good garage.  Hope this helps!
