Installed tow bar, is this electrical kit ok?

I have installed a used tow bar, and I got two different electrical kits, one from a -01 Octavia RS and one from a -99 Octavia.

This is the one I chose to put in my car, from the non-RS.

This is the one from the RS, it has a fuse and a relay box (not in picture). Had to cut wires and such to get it off the donor car.

So, as I said, I installed the one from the non-RS and I checked the voltage in the 7-pin plug and it checks out ok.

This kit is just a ground wire and connectors to plug into between the connector for the rear lights. No fuses. 

Is this ok to use?
