I know this has probably been asked many times before, but where can I get a nice looking badgeless grill? I have seen a couple with the vertical slats as standard and quite like them. Any help, info and opinions are welcome

That's pretty nice, what colour is your car? I think they do a honeycomb one as well, looked quite nice, could be somewhere else though. They're pretty good at Superskoda they ship quite quick considering where they are.

My car is silver mate, so I guess I would have to get the surround painted to match the car for it to look right? I seen a white one on here with a black grill, that looked quite nice. What do you think bout black grill on a silver car?

They can look a bit bulbous on most cars except black if you know what I mean, colour coded is probably best. I wrapped mine in white carbon once, looked quite nice against the yellow but it got grubby and annoyed me. Gone back to standard but with new badge now. White with the black sounds nice, painted is easier to keep clean too. You may need to do some other white bits to balance it, depends how striking it is I suppose.

I have thought about just changing the badge for a minute, just coz its a bit cheaper than a complete grill. I can save a bit of money up for a remap then. What sort of badge do you have?

It's the black and chrome new style, looks good, especially on the back. I put the part number up for it in that thread recently, should be one of the last posts. Perfect fit, curved, same part number front and rear. Actually looks good on the chrome grill too. I'd certainly favour a map over a grille. Could always paint your existing one and rebadge it?

Think on dude. Can probably get badge and paint for £20, bit cheaper than badge less. Think I paid 12 each for my badges on ebay, gen ones too. They're usually around 15 but you may get lucky.

I'm just doing small changes to the way it looks eg, rear aero wiper arm and blade on the way, fitted wind deflectors the other day, looking at sill protectors, front grill, new badges, w8 interior lights, new mats etc. I've changed the exhaust from turbo back, ramair panel filter with 3" cold air feed, oversized silicone tip, so I'm trying to save for a remap too. I just missed the Shark sts group buy as I was ill

I took the chrome surround off this afternoon and wrapped it with gloss black vinyl. Looks quite good

Cheers mate, fitted the new badges front and rear. Tinted the windows at the weekend and fitted an aero wiper to the rear. I also thought about wrapping the mirrors, dunno if it would be too much. I had a 2007 silver Leon cupra with black mirrors and it looked good
