Hi my octavia mk2 tdi has developed heavy steering, fuel gauge is fluctuating up and down, abs lights is on and beeping all happend at the same time car works fine brakes work normal it's just the above issues. Reading on here it seems it's not uncommon and some suggest the abs module is at fault but would this affect steering and speedo

What year is your car? You really need to get some one with vcds to scan the fault codes to determine the issue.

Hi it's a 2007

Mine has same issues but not the heavy steering it has come up with one code 00290 rear left and sensor but a lot of lights for one fault lol my abs module was done as I was told by last owner but still awaiting the receipts saying what's been done to the car.

Turned out abs module was at fault
