Looks like I'll be under the car next weekend fitting a Milltek system :clap:

 

Whilst I'm there (it will be on a ramp at a mates workshop), I'm thinking of doing a few other bits but wanted the advice of the Briskoda collective first.

 

Car is a 2.0TFSI 06 plate.

 

Oil pick up pipe - is this a problem? I've done a search on the forum and have left myself a bit confused. Has it been updated? Is it worth changing? What bits do I need (sump gasket?, pick up pipe o-ring?)

 

Turbo oil feed pipe - again, does it need doing? If so, what do I need to order (seals? O-rings?)

BUMP IM INTERESTED IN THIS TOO. 

Depends really on the maintenance of the car the pick ups can block up without regular oil changes with a good oil the pick up pipes are not expensive should come with the o ring,as for sump gasket there isn't one just sealant easy enough job you will need a long ball hex Allen key 5mm I think I changed mine at 117k and was clean I'm sure there's a guide kicking around somewere
