I received an email to renew my extended warranty for my 5 yr old Octavia and was surprised it was cheaper than last year. Eventually I found out the reason -Skoa have changed suppliers for the warranty and it now DOES NOT INCLUDE RAC breakdown cover. This was not clear in the info I received with the email and even when I read the terms and conditions it looked very similar to previous years.

It was originally offered with or without breakdown cover - I had to choose to include it with my Skoda extended warranty.

As above, it was always optional and the price reflected that.

Is that because their contract switched to the AA last year?...
