I seemed to have lost the front bolt on my headlight that adjusts the beam and can't seem to find anywhere to replace it, can any one help or know of someone breaking a fabia?.

Which bolt do you mean? The beam adjusters are 6mm plastic allen heads.

 

It's the one under the grille. I can't find anywhere that they sell it on its own. they want me to buy a whole headlight.

its just a standard m6 bolt with a flat washer.. should pick one up in any diy store

I've just had to replace my passenger side headlight and when I have went to adjust the beam height using the little screws in the above picture the what appears to be a phillips head type plastic screw has basically disintegrated into nothing.  Am I totally screwed here (pardon the pun) or is there any other way of sorting this?
