After a new exhaust, any recommendations?

Featured Replies

Ayup chaps,

I'm after a new exhaust for my Fabia (1.9 vRS), my friend has got a straight through Milltek pipe on his, just wondering where is the best place to purchase one and get it fitted, also will this make my turbo sound louder?

Thanks!

Have a look on YouTube. Plenty of videos of different exhaust options you can get. A lot go for a mufflerectomy which basically involves removing the standard box box and welding in a pipe and exhaust tip of your choice. You get a bit more sound and the looks for a third of the cost of something like a Milltek cat back.

Piper also do a system for the vRS which is good value, the 0 silencer cat back is about £220 so a bit cheaper than the Milltek though it is louder so would depend what you want. Again there are videos of these on YouTube.
