3/4 size pressed number plates

Featured Replies

Hi all, sorry if this threads been covered already but I've searched and found nothing.

Looking at some pressed number plates for the Fab and 6 digit ones look the most appealing.

The width is 410mm and I've checked the boot lid holes and they will be covered by the shorter plate.

The issue is the front grill. The original black mount has loads of holes in where the previous owner looked to be a bit drill happy when fitting plates. So 410mm won't cut it. I've no problem in buying a new number plate holder (if these are easily replaceable) but I'm worried it'll still look daft inside the holder with black gaps either side.

Don't want wide mouth as I still haven't got a FMIC. And I don't wanna be cutting up my bumper for it to look daft.

Is ther an easy solution to this?

Please help guys :)

take number plate holder off wide mouth the front bumper and fit it on the side

Yeah that looks good with a lovely fat front mount. Unfortunately I haven't got a FMIC yet and I don't wanna look a tool with a big useless grill. How bad does it look anyone got pics without a FMIC?

Awesome cheers for the advice. Looks well against the White, hope it will suit the blue though.
