When I bought the car it used to idle on startup at about 1500-2000 rpm, it hasnt done so in weeks and idle's at about 900-1000 consistently now, is this something I should be worried about?

That's fine. Mine idles at 903rpm, be more worried it why it was idling high in the first place

Ok cool, I presumed it idled high in the first place due to the remap!
