BBC One - Car Rejection

Featured Replies

Whilst working at home this morning - the TV was on in the other room and I noticed a CONSUMER type programme which referenced Skoda.

After a bit of searching, it turns out it was titled "Car Rejection":

Dom meets a car owner who is having problems with her car even though it is less than 12 months old.

He looks into the nationwide epidemic of nuisance calls, meeting one man who was plagued with them but has found a solution.

And we look at how consumers get caught out when companies go into administration

Haven't watched it myself so don't really know the content but it's available on iPlayer for those interested:

Cheers! Will have a look (:

Thanks for posting,

there are some members that will interest no doubt.

the Skoda Roomster,

Simply Clever.

Just watched this. Really surprised by the attitude of Skoda UK. Normally they are helpful. But as we all know it's the dealers that are the front line

Sent from my Galaxy S5

But they need very good manufacturer support via top CS with knowledge of the product fed back by dealer network.

BBC1 'Watchdog'   had a wee article tonight on (Sir) 'Arnold Clark' the biggest used car Dealership Company in Europe.

Bet it's not praise! Arnold Clark are hopeless

Cant think I've ever heard a good word about them tbh...
