Any known Parts from any other vehicles eg Fabia mk1, Polo or any other Skodas that crossover and are same/direct replacements to fit on the Fabia II

Lots of parts.

But then you can also just as easily get Mk2 Fabia parts.

So what Fabia MK 2,

 2007-2010 or 2010 on Facelift.?

What do you wants, brakes. suspension, steering, interior, engine, gearbox. wheels?

Anything really tbh,are the mirrors the same etc, just wanted to know when searching on fleebay and in sale section on here for bits and pieces, also just wanted to make a good reference on here for other people to post things theyve found fit from other vehicles

If you just say what age and model of Fabia you want to source parts for it would be easier to give you some idea.

Say for the likes of Mirrors for a Fabia would be as easy to get from a Fabia.

What about screen wash?

Is this interchangeable across the platforms George?

The Service Desk Reception will tell you it needs to be the VW Screenwash or you Void your Warranty.  So you must use this.  Seriously.

Likely when you hand the keys in to get the car serviced and you say do not top it up, you fill it your self and it is just filled.

(but some mixed does Gel and block pipes and nozzles)

VW Consumables mostly interchangable across Platforms, but not Body Parts / Panels / Mirrors.
