Well, here i am again. The Fabia is history, now looking forward to the new world of Octy 4x4 motoring.....a 51 hatch in metalic orange.

After a near brown trouser moment on the test drive, thanks to a stereotypical indicatorless & blind 5 Series driver , a set of 312mm brakes already on order.

Quick 2 questions, are the 16" vRS wheels i had on the Furby the same as those on the Octy vRS estate ?

Anyone in Bolton/Bury/Blackburn areas know cheapest place for some 225x50x16 Eagles or similar ? Currently 3 different make/models fitted.

No , the octavia estate ones are different to the furby ones

280 losing coolant

I had a low coolant error flash up the other day (first time ever). Checked coolant level & it was a bit low. Topped it up & will keep monitoring. Question is where has the coolant escaped from? No obvious signs of any leaks. Mileage is 52,500 & next service is away off. Does the 280 have a weep hole in the water pump to indicate a new pump is required?

Generally, i dont like to be one of those people to open up another topic that has been exhausted time and time again, but after extensive research, i really am struggling to find a forum response that matches fully with my issue. My dealer just emailed me to make booking for it's 2 year service and said I should change brake fluid and have Aircon serviced at the same time, while I understand the brake fluid change, (something years ago we never did at 2 years) im not sure the Aircon needs doing. What's owners views on having these done, car is only on 6k miles and Aircon works great, is it just to get more money out of owners?

Hello, I have a problem with my Mk3 2016 Superb. The AC doesnt cool enough, the radiator is indeed flat and dirty, but i suspect the compressor too. Did you have this problem? How can i diagnosis it better? Thx
