Mk1 tt jacking point mod

Featured Replies

Hello all. After having the car up a few times on drive with the wheels on/off upgrade brakes etc etc the sills don't look as fresh as they did and taking a beating

I seen a few people do the tt jacking point mod on the octavia golf and I think the mk1 fabia. I was wondering if anybody on here as done it to the mk2

Ive looked underneath the car today and there seems to be holes there to fit the tt ones in.

I'm going to take a gamble and order some next week.

what a great idea, if it works i could have done with these 3 years ago lol

Nice little mod if it can be done. Otherwise I should get 4 small wood plates for mine next time it needs to be jacked up, I noticed one was slightly abused last time.

The parts have been ordered from tps and should be here Wednesday morning cost me just £24 for everything.

I didn't think that the Fabia Mk2 was built on the same platform as the Golf or Octavia isn't it the PQ25 for the face lifted Fabia Mk2 which is used by the Mk4 Ibiza, Mk5 Polo and Audi A1?
