Hi everyone! I'm wanting to put an aftermarket stereo in my 53 plate fabia vrs. Is the stereo amplified? Just looking at buying the connection leads off the internet but I'm not sure if it's amplified or not? Any help is much appreciated!

All stereos have an amplifier built in, typically 40w rms. If you mean an amplified aerial then yes standard vag stereos are, but most aftermarket ones aren't so an aerial booster will be necessary for decent radio reception
