Sound like a belt or pump noise

Hi, I seem to have an intermittent noise that I can only hear in the cab. It sounds like a pump or belt noise ever second and its intermittent. When it does apear the car could be stationary or moving and you still hear it. When I pop the bonnet I cant hear it I can only hear it in the cab.

Any ideas?
