Featured Replies

Hi I own a 2004 Skoda octavia 1.9 TDi and having problems in acceleration . It does not go beyond 100 kmph . The acc is dragged . Have changed the air filters, changed the oil , cleaned the manifold, changed the timing belt, serviced the tubo. But the problem seems to persist.

have you:- changed the fuel filter (approx every 10K is good)  --- used injector cleaner--- made sure the EGR is CLOSED (not leaking)   cleaned out the intercooler (oil)   had a diagnostic check for faulty sensors (thinking of temp')   checked the boost pressure (max)     keep us posted best of luck  Nic
