35mm springs

Featured Replies

Alright lads this will of been covered loads of times I only want 35mm drop on my octy do the dampers need changing also? I have no idea I've had coilovers on other cars but there abit too harsh for me now any help will be good cheers

I got the H&R -50mm cup kit for my VRS CR 170 (VRS is 15mm lower than standard) but it only lowered it around 20mm. Also fitted a Whiteline RARB.

The ride is only slightly harder than normal but much nicer round the corners. Feels much nicer to drive.

What spec is your Octavia and how many miles have your current dampers covered?

It's on 94k and standard at the moment

Personally I'd say change both the springs and shocks at that mileage.
