Sorry if this post is not in the correct location, or anything else is wrong - but this is my first post, so please be gentle

 

So - yesterday I purchased a 2009(59) Octavia vRS Estate, and after reading the service documents, it transpires the previous owner is/was a member of this forum, and I was just wondering if anyone else knew the member? I am trying to get in contact with him, for good reasons. I think it's a lovely car, and very well looked after also.

Might want to try general section, they might have moved away from the Octavia worth a shot and upload the picture to IMGUR so people dont have to click a link will show up on the forum then

If you have no luck tracing the previous owner via the forum you'll soon have a name and address of the previous keeper when you get the V5 back.

I already have his name and address from the service manual - but I don't know if he would appreciate a random letter from someone who purchased his old car.

Some options on it too, front parking sensors, xenon headlights, silver roof rails and the grill has been colour coded too.
