testing four wheel drive?

Featured Replies

Hi

I just recently bought  4x4 skoda yeti 2.0 tdi  but ive never used the four wheel drive system as ive never had the chance to use it. How can I be sure my haldex four wheel drive is working ok.? I know this may sound dumb to some but I don't really go off road at the moment .

Drive it like you stole it!

Oh and turn the traction control off.

well I had read somewhere here in the forums that if your battery went low it could produce errors in the system that could prevent the haldex working ? needs cleared by a dealer ?
