Time has come to maybe part company with my MK1 VRS.

She's a 2002 model with the private plate T20 VRS that's just ticked over 90k miles. Purchased as a 2 owner totally standard car by me in 2012. Since then many thousands of pounds have been spent upgrading with only the very best parts. All parts purchased new by me and anyone that knows me or has seen or driven the car I'm sure will vouch for how nice she is.

Spec.

2002 Mk1 Octavia VRS in Black Magic With optional sunroof,rear parking sensors and cruise control. OEM xenon headlamps.

Engine 1.8 t Shark stage 2 producing a very smooth 232 BHP dyno proven.

Forge FMIC

R-Tech supersize Tip

Forge Kona CAI

Full Milltek turbo back stainless exhaust

2.0 Red coil packs with custom adapters

New washer and coolant bottles

Porsche water and oil caps

Powder coated cam cover and inlet

Gearbox fitted with Wavetrak LSD and running OEM single mass G60 flywheel and VR6 clutch kit

Chassis treated to KW V3 fully adjustable coil overs. R32 cast hubs and wishbones with full superpro bushings throughout including caster increased ones. Upper and lower genuine VAG strut braces R32 25 mm FARB and Neuspeed 28 mm RARB.

Stopping is taken care of up front via Porsche 4pot mono bloc calipers on Vagbremtechnic adapters and running Ferrodo DS2500 pads and standard 312 discs. Rear is standard OEM calipers and discs.

Interior has had the carpet replaced with a brand new Skoda black carpet and front seats changed for mint Audi full leather Recaros. An Autometer boost gauge lives in a custom A pillar pod flocked black and matching passenger side. Audio installation comprises of Pioneer AVH 4400 BT double din HU. Alpine Type R front components and rear coax speakers. A custom boot build houses the Alpine amplifiers and JL Audio twin 8 inch subwoofers. Little boot space is lost however.

Wheels are very rare BBS RC's powder coated in nickle chrome by lepsons of Gillingham and are 18 inch with ET32 offset. This offset allows clearance of the Porsche calipers without the need for spacers. The spare is also a BBS RC that has been refurbished to the same spec and never used. All shod with Vredenstein Ultrac Sessantas 225/40/18 Brand new on the front and over 5mm of tread on the rears. Brand new battery.

The service book is present and shows full main dealer history including cam belt and water pump and tensioner changes at the correct intervals. Next cam belt change due mid 2016 if you are going on the 4 year time scale. I have however performed yearly oil and filter changes myself during ownership using genuine Skoda oil and filters so that I know it's been done correctly. All receipts for service items and modifications kept in a huge folder dating back from new.

Always garaged and kept in immaculate condition inside and out using the very best products.

Price £4k firm no offers and no PX you couldn't purchase a car and build to this spec for anywhere near the asking price.

Such a good car this.  Very capable and well set up too.

For anyone thinking of this, buy it! You will not find a better example out there!! Its very very capable around a track but still has all the comforts for everyday driving or mile munching!
