Throttle Body Idle Angle Position?

Can someone please advise what is common angle position of TB on idle for 2.0i engine in general?

I find this 2.6 degrees angle to be abnormal. When I adopt TB it holds on 4.3 degrees.

Engine is suffering at low rpm, stall on low rpm and do not work well on idle.

In general, there is a lack of air in the engine...
