im almost decided, 99% sure of modding my A4. ive been speaking to a few people and a few have replied on here (cheers Eddy youve helped loads so far)

basically im now looking at getting a full exhaust inc CAT. im now wanting to know the ownsides of this, its between Milltek and blueflame but thats beside the point at the moment.

what are the downsides of getting a full exhaust? im really wanting my car to sound as near standard quietness as possible.

the CAT back apperently doesnt change it that much and im sure would be ok for what im after. im just wondering what difference will be made if i do the CAT etc too? :confused: will this make it much louder? any other down sides?

(plus side is the torque hike and maybe some bhp)

Fitted plenty of Miltek exhausts to the S-line A4's and they get my thumbs up. Nice sound but not intrusive (Not Miltek's game) and nice looking tailpipes.

have you done any with the sports CAT? would this make much difference to the noise?

Yup just about all of them had the sports cats on, sounded tops in my book. Its not much louder if any.
