I've just had cause to 'tumble' the back seats for the first time to carry a load. Is it me or doesn't the centre seat tumble fully, catching on the centre console. I've taken the head rest off and it goes a little further, but am I missing something?

The centre seat will push down a bit further than you may at first think, and you need to use a bit of pressure.  This is described in the manual, but it's a bit cryptic.

Ive just tried mine, dont force it down, it hits the vents on the centre consul.

Even with headrest out it wont go.

 

You could take it right out, when lifted up release the two Red levers and take it out.

 

Unless someone else knows a way............

Thanks guys. I think it must be as it is. I've managed on this occasion without needing to fully remove the seat - it's just the OCD in me and not wanting to force it too hard.

Also have a read right through this thread, there are a few addition tips (excuse the pun!)
