Expected level of deflection in engine mounts?

Car is a 53 plate (AUQ) so rubbers will understandably be softer than when new, but what do we think about this much level of deflection in the chassis rail off side engine mount? Seems excessive to me and much more so than the nearside gearbox mount. On the plus side there is a poly bushes dog bone mount on the underside to quell rock back and forth. I'm using thumb and fore finger to do this, no lever and one handed while taking the photo so not loads of force.
