headlight bulb cover

Featured Replies

so one of the clips on my drivers side headlight cover has snapped, plus there is a small crack in the plastic which means when it rains my headlight fogs up. now i can loosen the rear plastic cover and i have a new one to go on but how the hell do i remove the old one? theres a metal pin/spring(?) at the bottom of the cover (that seemingly looking at the new one slips into a groove on the bottom of the cover) that i cant remove. anyone any ideas?

i tried searching but to e honest im not even sure what the hell to actually search for

You pull the metal ring out and push it down to unclip the plastic cover

when you say pull it out you mean pull back on the clip and then push the clip down??
