I know I am on a Skoda enthusiasts website but I can only get excited about modern day Skoda ie. post VW. Personally I think this car was a pile of poo in its day and therefore not worth the money!.

6 Grand.......Pi55ed Aren't ya???? More like 6p :)

A mate had one of these years ago, they are not a skoda as you know it, the quality of EVERYTHING on these 'cars' is absolutely appalling, makes renault build quality look brilliant!

6 Grand for one of these, the seller must be on drugs, they were originally made of recycled metal ......nuff said!

I thought it was way too much cash, but i would like to have a go in one "for a laugh"

Gonna keep my eye on it and see how much he gets for it :)

is it really worth what he is asking? I know they are starting to be collectable. Would love one for a bit of fun though.

I saw that car on Friday when i picked up my OctyII. It's at John Mulholland's in Randalstown. Looks to be in immaculate condition although I wouldn't want to drive it. When I saw 'Rapid 136' I thought it must be 136 bhp. Then I looked at the 70's dash and the spec on the stand beside it. With 67 bhp it must have been a real hot hatch in its day

The seller would be better donating it to the transport museum.

No offence to any members big on Rapids though. I hear there where some pretty quick ones at one time and they were more reliable than they got credit for but this ain't one of them.
