Will my vrs dpf delete affect what oil is needed with an oil change ?

Featured Replies

I am not sure if the dpf delete on my vrs pd makes any difference to what oil i need for an oil change any help appreciated.

Just stick to 507 spec long life oil will be fine but without a dpf it will mean it will be also fine to use 505.01 spec which is slightly cheaper if you are on fixed service intervals.

Have you just recently had the DPF removed? Just wondering if m.o.t's are ok or if you've noticed any difference in fuel consumption and performance?
